What You'll Do

• Manage annual rent roll impounds and make adjustments throughout the year.
• Calculate and oversee tenant billings for recoverable expenses in line with lease agreements.
• Prepare annual recovery budgets and quarterly projections.
• Ensure compliance with lease terms and resolve tenant inquiries or disputes.
• Support cross-functional teams with reporting, lease interpretation, and CAM-related guidance.
• Handle monthly recovery accruals and assist with complex billing issues.

Qualifications

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business (preferred).
• 2+ years of accounting experience; real estate background is a plus.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and accrual accounting.
• Ability to interpret and apply complex financial lease provisions.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive problem solver.

Required Work Hours

The position requires availability from Monday to Friday during standard business hours.

Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $54,000 to $75,000 (DOE) annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
